Access the Internet at sea

Q. My husband and I are going sailing around southwest Florida this winter. Then we'll head up the East coast for spring. We both have laptop and like to stay connected. Our son lives in Taiwan and we chat with him a lot. What can we use to get Internet access on our boat? We'll usually be a few miles out to sea. We have a 37-foot ketch with two masts. The main mast is 46-feet high. Can we make use of that somehow?

Thanks Kim.  We are regular listeners of your show and appreciate your giving us recognition as a WiFi solution for boaters.
